Physical contact is kept to a minimum – no slide tackling or tackling from behind. The ball has to stay below chest height. \nOur walking football group runs every Wednesday from 1-2pm. We take regular drinks breaks\, and have with mixed teams of men and women and a variety of age groups and abilities. We take regular drinks breaks\, and have with mixed teams of men and women and a variety of age groups and abilities.
