Sleep Unlimited uses evidence based methods to help you achieve a better night’s sleep. \nWe are delighted to be welcoming Dr Tom Adams to deliver a special sleep workshop for Headway Tyneside members. \n\n\nThis highly acclaimed Introduction to Sleep workshop will provide attendees with information on the science behind sleep. Why it is so important\, and what the benefits of good sleep are. \nWe will equip attendees with the tools to find out how much sleep they need as an individual\, and how to improve sleep outcomes – leading to healthier\, happier\, more productive people. \n\nDate: Monday 3rd June\, 2-4pm\nLocation: Wailes Room\, Gateshead Central Library\, NE8 4LN\nParking: There is a free onsite car park\n\nTo register your interest in the workshop\, please contact Ellie.\n\nFuture training date: this session will be repeated on Monday 7th October
