Physical contact is kept to a minimum – no slide tackling or tackling from behind. The ball has to stay below chest height. \nOur walking football group runs every Wednesday from 1-2pm. We take regular drinks breaks\, and have with mixed teams of men and women and a variety of age groups and abilities. Please note that parking charges apply to all users\, including Blue Badge holders \nTravel by metro: \nClosest metro – Whitley Bay (13 min walk) \nWhat to bring: \nWe are hoping for warm\, springtime sunshine\, however please make sure you bring: \n\nA waterproof coat\nWarm clothing\nSuitable footwear\n\nThe walk is step free access and is 1.2 miles in total\, walking to Rendezvous Café and back. \nIf you’d rather have a coffee than walk\, you can meet us there!
