Carers Rights Day – Wellbeing drop-in session

Carers Rights Day happens each November.  It is about raising awareness of carers’ rights and entitlements, to help you get the support you need. Knowing your rights and the rights of the person you care for can help you to feel more confident asking for what you need; make informed decisions and challenge things when your rights are not being met.

Walkergate Park’s Family Support Officer and Headway Tyneside are running a Wellbeing drop-in session for family members/carers.
