Join Headway Tyneside’s dance class especially developed for brain injury survivors: an expressive, energetic movement class for adults of all abilities living with brain injury and their carers. We will use a range of dance techniques, music styles and themes to guide you through a fun-filled class. Sessions are free of charge but pre-booking is essential.
