There will be no Walking Football session on Wednesday 6th September. (The coaching staff have a training day). We will see you again next week as usual.
If you are free, come along and join our cheering station, the more the merrier! We will have flags, ‘bang bang’ sticks & most importantly a loud voice to cheer all of the runners on!

Thanks to funding from Morrisons Foundation, Headway Tyneside is delivering a training course for Headway Members. The course runs for five weeks and is designed to increase your knowledge of brain injury and its effects and provide you with strategies to support you in day-to-day life.
We will be joined by Julie King, Family Support Officer, who will be running a drop in for family members.
