Walking football is a fun and safe way for players to enjoy football and socialise together, in teams up to 7-a-side.

On the second and fourth Wednesday of the month, we hold an informal drop-in session at MEA House, between 2-4pm. Tea, coffee and biscuits are on offer and we promise you a warm welcome!

Its “National Relaxation Day”, what better way to relax than with great company and a nice warm beverage.
