    Carers Rights Day is a national day each November. It raises awareness of carers' rights and entitlements, to help you get the support you need. Wherever you are in your caring journey, knowing your rights can help you to make informed decisions and feel more in control of your situation, feel more confident asking for what you need and challenge things when your rights are not being met
